We’re looking for an experienced Licensee, Hospitality or Retail Manager with a proven track record of driving sales and delivering an excellent guest experience in a food-led environment. Experience with in hotels, tourism-led locations or seasonal businesses would be a real advantage, along with the ability to embrace the local community and make the most of this unique and versatile site.
