Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit an experienced Order Processor to join their busy and supportive team.
This is a key position within the business, responsible for ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service. You'll work closely with customers and internal departments to ensure orders progress smoothly from enquiry through to completion.
This role would suit someone who is highly organised, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and thrives in a busy office environment where attention to detail is essential.
Key Responsibilities:- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Manage customer enquiries via telephone and email.
- Liaise with internal departments to coordinate orders and resolve queries.
- Ensure customer information and order records are maintained accurately.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire order process.
- Support the wider team with administrative and operational tasks as required.
- Previous experience in an Order Processing, Sales Administration or Customer Service role.
- Experience with in the Fenestration, Glazing, Construction or New Build sectors would be advantageous, but is not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- The ability to prioritise workload and work effectively under pressure.
- A proactive, positive approach with a willingness to learn.
- Technical knowledge or the ability to interpret drawings would be beneficial.
Offer:
- Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)
- Full-time, permanent position.
- Monday to Thursday: 8:15am - 4:30pm
- Friday: 8:00am - 3:00pm (early finish every Friday!)
