Location: Newchurch (East Staffordshire)
Business Analyst - 12 Month FTC - Burton on Trent Business Analyst needed for a leading organisation to join their team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in strategic change initiatives that improve operational efficiency, customer experience and technology-enabled ways of working across a complex, multi-site environment. Burton-on-Trent - 2 days per week on site Competitive salary and excellent benefits The role As Business Analyst, you'll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand priorities, define requirements and support the successful delivery of change across people, process and technology.
You'll be involved in high-impact projects aligned to wider strategic objectives, helping turn business needs into practical, scalable solutions.
Experience with in regulatory projects or the hospitality industry would be advantageous but not necessary. What you'll be doing Identifying, defining and supporting change initiatives that deliver customer value and commercial benefit. Engaging and influencing stakeholders to secure input, buy-in and support for successful project delivery. Eliciting, documenting and agreeing end-to-end requirements across people, process and technology. Working across project work streams, programmes and strategic portfolios to deliver complex, high-value initiatives.
Supporting solution design, tracking delivery success and ensuring projects remain aligned to strategic objectives. What we're looking for You'll bring proven business analysis experience, with the ability to translate business needs into clear, scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Experience with in regulatory change projects would be advantageous. Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience using business analysis techniques, tools and methodologies. The ability to visualise and document complex business systems for a range of audiences. Experience working across change programmes and cross-functional teams. Experience in hospitality, retail or another multi-site environment would be advantageous.
