Inclusive Internship: Hands-On Tech Support Rotations

Dow is pleased to offer an opportunity to participate in a Supported Internship Program in Barry, UK. This program is designed for students with moderate intellectual and/or developmental disabilities who are currently enrolled in a post‑secondary education program. As a participant in this internship, you will gain hands‑on workplace experience while continuing your academic learning. • Collaborate with operations teams to provide technical support, solve problems, and improve plant performance.
• Complete three structured 10‑week internships across a variety of roles within the organization.
• Actively participate in the required classroom‑based curriculum as part of the program.
• Work towards achieving defined goals and milestones for each internship rotation.
• Demonstrate commitment, punctuality, and a willingness to learn in a professional setting.
