Introduction

We are recruiting for a Freight Forwarding Apprentice to assist our customers' booking process and support our growing business. The successful candidate will learn all aspects of freight forwarding within a busy company, with opportunities to progress.

What You'll Do

Assist with the general administration of the customer booking process
Perform data entry of work in Net Freight (Operational System)
Develop knowledge of air, sea and road freight markets and procedures
Make airline bookings and prepare export documentation
Liaise with the transport department to book collections, deliveries and airport transfers
Support the business in maintaining a positive and enjoyable working experience aligned with our culture and values
Collaborate openly and communicate effectively within a small operational team

Training Outcome
