Role Overview

We are looking for a highly driven and analytical Chief of Staff to partner closely with the Head of HR and leadership team. This role will serve as a strategic program management and business operations partner to the HR function, driving key initiatives, ensuring execution excellence, enabling data‑driven decision‑making, and managing high‑impact cross‑functional projects.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional program management capabilities, strong business acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑performance environment. This individual will be responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives end‑to‑end, influencing stakeholders, and ensuring alignment across multiple work‑streams.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Program Management
  • Drive and manage critical HR transformation initiatives and special projects from conception to execution.
  • Lead cross‑functional programs, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and measurable outcomes.
  • Develop project plans, governance mechanisms, tracking frameworks, and execution roadmaps for strategic HR priorities.
  • Monitor progress against goals, identify roadblocks, and proactively drive resolutions.
Business Reporting & Analytics
  • Own and manage HR MIS, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
  • Analyse workforce, talent, engagement, productivity, and organisational data to generate actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain reporting frameworks for leadership reviews, business updates, and strategic planning.
  • Support data‑driven decision‑making through advanced analysis and presentation of key HR metrics.
Stakeholder Management & Influence
  • Partner closely with HR leaders and business stakeholders across functions.
  • Influence decision‑making through structured problem‑solving, data‑backed recommendations, and effective communication.
  • Facilitate alignment across multiple stakeholders while managing competing priorities.
  • Drive accountability and follow‑through on key actions and commitments.
Business Planning & Execution
  • Support annual HR planning, workforce planning, budgeting, and strategic initiatives.
  • Track execution of HR goals and organisational priorities.
  • Conduct periodic reviews, monitor progress, and highlight risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare executive‑level presentations, review materials, and business updates for senior leadership.
Operational Excellence
  • Establish governance frameworks and operating rhythms for key HR programmes.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiency across HR functions.
  • Build scalable mechanisms to improve execution discipline and organisational effectiveness.
Requirements

Education

  • MBA or Post‑Graduate degree from a reputed institution.

Experience

  • Should have experience working as an HRBP.
  • Strong experience in Program Management, Chief of Staff, Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, or HR Transformation roles.
  • Proven track record of driving complex projects and special initiatives end‑to‑end.
  • Experience working in high‑growth, fast‑paced, and demanding environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and deliver results under pressure.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Strong expertise in MIS reporting, data analytics, dashboards, and business reviews.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation tools (Power BI preferred).
  • Strong understanding of business operations and organisational dynamics.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Ability to drive alignment and facilitate decision‑making across senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong execution orientation with a willingness to hustle, stretch, and take ownership beyond defined responsibilities.
  • High level of resilience, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Candidates who demonstrate intellectual curiosity, a bias for action, strong business judgement, and the ability to thrive in a high‑performance environment will be particularly successful in this role.
