Matchtech is supporting a defence sector client at BUTEC in Scotland to recruit a Site Safety Lead. Based at the BUTEC facility, you will provide robust HSE guidance for site operations and lead the delivery of safety policies and objectives across engineering and delivery teams.
You will partner with the Head of Site and stakeholders to strengthen risk controls, lead investigations, mentor staff, and ensure a safe, compliant working environment at a cutting-edge maritime testing facility.
