Location: Randox Laboratories, 55 Diamond Road, Crumlin, BT29 4QY

Contract Offered: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours / Shifts
: 40 hours per week. Monday to Thursday 4x9

Hrs, with half day Friday (4hrs) or 4x10 hours. (Department capacity pending)

What does the Tenders Coordinator role involve?

The role of Tenders Coordinator is key in securing business on a global basis. The successful applicant will identify suitable tenders, developing quality proposal and pretentions to identify tender opportunities. This will include:

  • Searching bid portals to identify potential tender opportunities.
  • Updating of registers, databanks, and weekly management reports.
  • Distributing tender details to Randox offices, distributors, and business managers.
  • Liaise with relevant managers and departments to coordinate, edit, format, and submit bid responses.
  • Follow up on bids submitted to assess successful and non-successful bids.
  • Maintain internal libraries and tools to aid future tenders.

On the job training will be provided on our processes.

Who can apply? Essential criteria:
  • Computer literate with all Microsoft packages.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbally.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Keen to acquire and develop new knowledge and skills.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Desirable:
  • Previous experience in a similar position.
  • Experience using tender portals.
