  • Support investment planning, budget management, financial transparency, and benefits realisation.
  • Partner with Transformation and COO teams to drive execution and strategic change initiatives.
  • Support workforce planning, capability development, and resource prioritisation activities.
  • Drive productivity, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation.
  • Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Business leadership teams.
  • Facilitate collaboration across complex organisational structures, ensuring alignment and effective decision-making.
Skills & Experience Required

  • Strong background within Technology Infrastructure or a related technology environment.
  • Good understanding of infrastructure domains such as compute, storage, cloud platforms, and hybrid operating models.
  • Experience working within financial services or another highly regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive outcomes in large, Matrix organisations.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership teams and managing strategic operating rhythms.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to create compelling executive-level narratives.
  • Strong analytical capability with experience in prioritisation, business case development, financial planning, governance, and risk management.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Personal Attributes
  • Strategic thinker with a passion for technology and innovation.
  • Collaborative and relationship-driven leader.
  • Results-focused with strong accountability and ownership.
  • Resilient and comfortable working in a complex environment.
  • Commercially minded with strong customer focus.
  • Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and development.
