• Essential Qualification
  :
  Level 2, 3, 5, or 6 in Early Years Education (full and relevant as per the DFE list of relevant qualifications)
• Recruitment Process
  :
  All applicants will undergo safer recruitment checks, including a completed Application Form and DBS clearance

• Design and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities aligned with EYFS standards
• Be a reliable, proactive team player
  , collaborating with fellow childcare professionals
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with parents and guardians about their child’s development
• Foster a stimulating and nurturing environment where children can thrive
• Ensure all documentation and procedures are completed with accuracy and care

Hours
:
Full-time-Monday–Friday, 52 weeks a year

Part-time- 3 or 4 day week,52 weeks a year

Salary
: £26,353.60 – £28,059.20 (pro-rata)

Botley staff receive an additional £0.30/hour location weighting (this is included in salary above; subject to terms)
