Location: Swindon
A leading house building and regeneration firm in Swindon seeks an energetic Site Manager to oversee internal stages and handover on a busy residential development. This role is perfect for someone comfortable managing trades and ensuring quality finishes. Candidates should hold an SMSTS, First Aid, and a Black or Gold CSCS Card, with experience in timber frame housing preferred. This position offers work until Christmas with potential for temp-to-perm opportunities and a chance to join a respected national builder with ongoing projects.
