Site Manager New Build Residential

Location: Newport
Salary: £50,000 £ 55,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance

Pro Staff Construction Ltd are working with a residential developer that is looking for an experienced Site Manager to deliver a new residential development in Newport.

Duties include:

  • Full site management from start to completion

  • Managing programme, quality, H&S, and site teams

  • Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining site standards

  • Snagging, inspections, and compliance with building regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven new build residential Site Manager experience

  • SMSTS, CSCS (Site Management), First Aid

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Experience managing RC Frame Apartments would be ideal.
