Fit- Site Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Fit Out Site Manager to deliver a commercial refurbishment project in Cardiff City Centre. The role involves managing day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to a high-quality finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site activities for a commercial fit-out and refurbishment project

• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour

• Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, RAMS, and site procedures

• Oversee programme, quality control, and snagging through to completion

• Liaise with the client, design team, and project management team

• Maintain accurate site records, permits, and reporting

• Ensure works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and contract requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Fit Out Site Manager on commercial refurbishment projects

• Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation and best practice

• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification required

• Ability to manage works in a live or city-centre environment

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Package:

• 300 per day (CIS)

• 12-month contract

• City centre location with immediate start available
