Rate: £230 per day (Ltd/Umbrella)
Contract: Immediate start Fixed Term Contract (Rolling or Potential Permanent)

Are you a hands-on Working Foreman with experience in small works refurbishment and fit-out projects? We re looking for an experienced, driven individual to join a dynamic team delivering projects of up to £100k across Central London. This is a client-facing, fast-paced role where your ability to manage multiple projects, liaise with clients, and get stuck in on the tools will be key.

About the Role:

This isn t your typical sit-behind-the-desk management job. We re looking for someone who s as comfortable rolling up their sleeves on site as they are managing subbies, speaking with clients, and keeping projects on track. The projects are varied and fast-moving, often involving refurbishments and fit-outs in occupied spaces so you ll need to be flexible, adaptable, and an excellent communicator.

What We re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Working Foreman in the construction sector, ideally with a strong background in small works refurbishments and fit-out.
• Capable of running multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they re delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
• Hands-on and willing to lead by example on site someone who s respected by the trades and trusted by clients.
• Client-facing, with the ability to build strong relationships and represent the business professionally at all times.
• SMSTS and First Aid certificates (must be in date).
• Keen, ambitious, and looking to grow with a company that values hard work and commitment.
