Location: Naphill
A facilities management company is seeking a motivated Small Works Manager to oversee minor works and refurbishment projects. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards, manage suppliers and contractors, and maintain compliance with Health & Safety regulations. Strong project and contract management experience in housing or construction sector is essential. This role comes with a salary of up to £42,000 and benefits including a company car or car allowance, and 25 days annual leave.
