A top tier quantity surveying consultancy is seeking a professional Associate Quantity Surveyor who is aiming to move into an Associate Director in the next 1-2 years.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor's role

Joining their modern, central London office, the new Associate Quantity Surveyor will be working on large scale data centre projects across the UK and Europe.

Alongside supporting with project delivery, the successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will have line management responsibilities and be given a clear road map to becoming an Associate Director.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• Data centre project experience would be ideal
• MRICS
• Worked within a cost management / PQS practice
• Client facing
• Senior or Associate level experience
• Excellent pre contract knowledge
