07:00 – 07:00, Rotation 10 days on / 4 days off

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Sub-Agent / Site Operations Coordinator to join a key project in Dounreay. You will be responsible for putting operations to work, monitoring the site for health & safety compliance, quality standards, and any changes to work plans. You will also undertake ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), maintain accurate site records, and ensure smooth day-to-day site operations.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys responsibility, and takes pride in quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor site operations for health, safety, and quality compliance

Implement and follow ITPs / quality plans

Record and report on daily site activities accurately

Highlight and manage any changes to work plans

Support operations teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently

Essential

Qualifications / Requirements:

SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)

CSCS Black Card

1st Aid certification

Experience in site operations / sub-agent role

Comfortable working rotational shifts
