Construction Site Labourer

CNC Recruitment is seeking Construction Labourer to join our client in Ilminster area. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks on construction sites to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Temp to perm, permanent after 12 weeks

Working hours
:
Monday to Friday, day shift – 40 hrs per week [overtime available]

Pay
: up to £16 an hour

• Assist with the setup and preparation of construction sites
• Perform general labour duties such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision
• Clean and maintain work areas to ensure safety and organisation
• Support skilled tradespeople as needed
• Always follow health and safety regulations

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous, but not essential
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is desirable

• Construction/Steel erecting background: 3 years (preferred)

• CSCS (required)
• Driving Licence (preferred)
