Location: City
A leading national specialist subcontractor is seeking a freelance Quantity Surveyor to work on a major project in Cardiff City. The contract is for an initial duration of 5 months, with possibilities for additional projects. The successful candidate will be expected to work on-site 3 days a week and from home/office for 2 days. Responsibilities include cost management, preparing interim applications, managing changes, and ensuring compliance with contract terms.
Strong knowledge of NEC & JCT contracts is required.
