Construction Offloading
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Team Leader to support and manage offloading operations across construction sites.
This role is suitable for a Subcontractor on a self‑employed basis only.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise offloading teams and allocate daily work
- Liaise with customers, site managers, and Area Field Operations
- Conduct site and vehicle audits
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance at all times
- Deliver toolbox talks and train new offloading teams
- Monitor attendance, performance, and provide feedback
- Assist with offloading tasks when required
- Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills
- Experience working on construction sites
- Knowledge of Health & Safety procedures
- Ability to manage teams and solve problems effectively
- Physically able to assist with offloading when needed
- Involves travel to construction sites
- Mix of supervisory and hands‑on work
