Foreman, Construction, Construction Manager​/ Foreman

A well-established and highly regarded main contractor, is currently looking to appoint an experienced Foreman to support the delivery of an 8-storey residential project in Manchester.

This is a key site-based role, working closely with the Project Manager to drive the internal finishing stages of the scheme through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day internal finishing activities on site
• Coordinate subcontractors across trades such as drylining, joinery, M&E, and decorating
• Monitor progress and ensure works are aligned with project timelines
• Maintain strict health & safety compliance across all activities
• Carry out quality inspections, snagging, and handover preparation
• Identify and resolve site issues in a timely manner
• Provide regular updates to site management

The Candidate:

• Proven experience as a Foreman on similar projects
• Strong background in internal finishing stages,
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to read drawings and manage multiple trades effectively
• SMSTS or SSSTS certification required
