Demolition Site Manager

Our client is a well respected contractor with a nationwide contract with a leading national waste services provider The successful candidate will take full r esponsibility for managing a 50 week demolition of an anaerobic digestion facility This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated Demolition professional with strong leadership and technical knowledge in demolition operations to join a reputable and growing Demolition business.

Requirements Valid Black CCDO Demolition Manager Card (essential) SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and Fire Marshal certification Proven experience managing structural demolition and enabling works on live or high-profile sites Strong knowledge of Demolition health & safety legislation, RAMS, and temporary works coordination Ability to lead Demolition site teams, ensuring compliance with environmental and waste management standards. Excellent communication and reporting skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, Demolition engineers, and Demolition site operatives A standard 40 hour week, with a possibility of some weekends, due to commence mid June 2026.
