Site Supervisor

We are working with a well‑established and highly regarded civil engineering contractor to assist them in hiring a Supervisor for their growing team in Beauly. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Supervisor to join a busy and supportive business delivering a range of civil engineering and infrastructure projects across the Highlands. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

• Overseeing daily site activities and coordinating operational teams
• Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with health & safety procedures
• Supervising subcontractors, labour, and plant on site
• Monitoring progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
• Maintaining quality standards and completing relevant site documentation
• Supporting site management and liaising with clients and stakeholders as required

• Previous supervisory experience within civil engineering, construction, or infrastructure projects
• A strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site procedures
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• The ability to organise workloads and manage teams effectively
• A proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities
