Construction Estimator | Luxury Residential | London Up to £90,000 per annum plus t ravel and bonus incentive. My client would also consider a temp to perm arrangement. Are you an experienced Estimator with a passion for high-spec residential design and build projects? Were seeking a talented and detail-driven Estimator to join our client a prestigious property developer/contractor delivering exceptional, bespoke homes across London and the Home Counties.

About the Role:

As the Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction and tendering for ultra-luxury residential developments with values typically between £10m and £50m in value. Working closely with clients and subcontractors, youll be responsible for delivering accurate cost plans, budgeting, and value engineering across a prestigious and dynamic portfolio of HNWIs projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage cost estimates for new high-end residential builds Conduct quantity take-offs, cost analysis, and procurement strategies Liaise with suppliers and contractors to obtain competitive pricing Provide input on design and specification decisions to ensure cost efficiency Prepare tender documentation and analyse bids Ideal Candidate:
Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or similar Proven experience working on luxury residential or bespoke high-end projects Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and commercial skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management Relevant experience gained in the UK
