Electrical Site Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a market-leading Tier 1 M&E contractor. This role is based on a high-profile, large-scale data centre project in Central London.

The position begins as a 7-month contract, with a clear and intended transition into a permanent role for the right candidate. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term stability with one of the industry's most respected firms during a period of significant growth.

As the Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day electrical installation and ensuring the project is delivered to the highest technical standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing on-site electrical sub-contractors and direct labor to ensure productivity and quality.

• Ensuring all works are carried out in strict accordance with RAMS and H&S legislation.

• Monitoring progress against the program and resolving any technical queries on-site.

• Conducting regular site walk-rounds and managing snags to ensure a "right first time" delivery.

• Providing regular updates to the Project Manager and attending site meetings.

• Proven track record as an Electrical Supervisor on large-scale commercial or industrial projects (Data Centre experience is highly advantageous).

• Valid JIB Gold Card and SSSTS or SMSTS.

• Strong understanding of complex electrical systems and the ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

• A professional approach to managing site teams and the ability to drive a project forward.
