Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Car/Allowance & Fuel

Work Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 am‑5:00 pm (occasionally hybrid)

This market‑leading business has been established for over 25 years providing commercial roofing solutions. The company has recently expanded its building‑fabric side to broaden industry coverage. Projects range from a few thousand to many million pounds and span various sectors.

In this autonomous role you will handle pricing, estimates, and quotes based on technical drawings, assist with design tasks, and collaborate closely with the design team, senior management, and clients.

• Pricing, planning, and estimating roofing projects from start to finish.
• Liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction and specifications are met.
• Working closely with manufacturers and suppliers to find optimal solutions.
• Managing project timelines and deliverables within the agreed schedule.

• Background in commercial roofing.
• Commutable to Hertfordshire.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and construction documents.
• Excellent communication and client‑management skills.

Location:

Hertfordshire (Hertford) – commutable to the region.
