Junior Electrical Estimator

Our client is a well-established electrical contractor with over 30 years of experience delivering high-quality electrical installations across London's commercial sector. Due to continued growth, they're looking to recruit a Junior Electrical Estimator to join their expanding Pre-Construction team.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your estimating career under the guidance of experienced professionals while working on a range of prestigious commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects.

• Assist in preparing competitive electrical tenders.
• Review drawings, specifications and tender documentation.
• Carry out take-offs and measure quantities.
• Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Produce pricing documents and cost breakdowns.
• Raise technical queries where required.
• Support Senior Estimators throughout the tender process.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal project teams.

• 1-2 years' experience within an Electrical Estimating or Pre-Construction role.
• Electrical qualifications or a trade background would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of commercial electrical installations.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Motivated to learn and progress within a growing business.
• Confident using Microsoft Office (estimating software experience is beneficial but not essential).

• £35,000 - £45,000 basic salary (depending on experience).
