A large Cost Consultancy are looking to add a professional and articulate Quantity Surveyor as they look to expand their Data Centre team in London.
The Quantity Surveyor's role
The successful Quantity Surveyor will be joining a rapidly expanding Cost Management team in London who work across an array of large-scale Data Centre and Hyperscale projects across Europe.
The new Quantity Surveyor will work closely with clients and shall have the opportunity to work on projects from inception through to completion.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a Quantity Surveying / RICS accredited degree
- MRICS or working towards
- Comfortable measuring and preparing cost plans independently
- Pre and post contract experience
- Any data centre project experience would be a bonus
