Inform3 are recruiting for Site Managers for an established specialist fit‑out contractor to oversee projects in Laois. The successful candidate will manage day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage all on‑site activities from project commencement through to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour, and material deliveries
• Ensure health & safety procedures are implemented and maintained on site
• Monitor programme timelines and report progress to senior management
• Conduct quality inspections and ensure work meets specification standards
• Liaise with clients, design teams, and main contractors
• Maintain accurate site records, reports, and documentation
• Resolve on‑site issues efficiently to minimise delays

• Previous experience managing interior fit‑out projects
• Strong understanding of construction processes and site coordination
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and meet deadlines
• Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling certification
• SMSTS / SSSTS or equivalent preferred
• Full driving licence
