Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering professional services such as dilapidations, leasehold advice, and contract administration.
• Building and maintaining client relationships in the public and private sectors.
• Leading on instructions and supporting the development of the London team.
• Contributing to the consultancy's growth strategy with your commercial insight.

• MRICS qualification (essential).
• A RICS-accredited degree.
• Strong property knowledge with a professional services focus.
• A consultancy or private practice background.
• Excellent client management skills and a commercially minded approach.

• 75,000 - 85,000.
