Vistry Cotswolds is seeking a Site Manager for a Swindon-based construction project. You will oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, and within budget. You will coordinate subcontractors, manage on-site teams and monitor quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have proven site management experience on residential or mixed-use schemes, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to health and safety. This is a full-time role based on site in Swindon.
