Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering 10m+ construction projects?

We're recruiting for a well-established main contractor seeking a highly organised, structured Project Manager to lead a major cladding remediation project in Manchester. This is a flagship scheme requiring an individual who can confidently manage both the design process and the construction programme from start to finish.

The Role

  • Lead the delivery of a major cladding remediation project valued at circa 10m.
  • Take ownership of the project programme, ensuring key milestones and deadlines are achieved.
  • Manage and coordinate the design process, ensuring information is released in line with programme requirements.
  • Oversee fa ade and cladding packages, coordinating specialist subcontractors and consultants.
  • Manage site teams, subcontractors and client relationships.
  • Chair progress meetings and provide clear project reporting.
  • Ensure the highest standards of quality, health & safety and programme performance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Drive projects through to a successful, defect-free handover.

Essential Requirements

  • Degree qualified in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related construction discipline.
  • Proven experience delivering construction projects valued at 10m+ as a Project Manager.
  • Strong knowledge and experience managing fa ade/cladding packages.
  • Excellent programme management skills
  • SMSTS.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • A structured, organised approach with exceptional planning ability.

What's on Offer

  • Opportunity to lead a landmark remediation project in Manchester.
  • Long-term pipeline of major projects.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Excellent career progression with a growing contractor.

If you're an experienced Project Manager with the technical expertise and organisational skills to deliver complex remediation projects, we'd like to hear from you.
