Project Manager, Construction Manager​/ Foreman, Site Manager

The successful candidate will initially take responsibility for delivering a major student accommodation development in Central Cardiff. The project involves a substantial refurbishment alongside new‑build extensions and has an anticipated programme of approximately 18 months.

Following the successful completion of this scheme, you will have the opportunity to continue working on a variety of high‑profile regional projects, providing excellent job security and genuine career development.

• Lead the successful delivery of a major student accommodation project from construction through to completion.
• Manage programme, quality, health and safety, and commercial performance.
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants and the wider project team.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

• Experience as a Project Manager within the construction industry, or a proven Senior Site Manager looking to progress into a Project Management role.
• Previous experience delivering refurbishment and/or new‑build projects for a main contractor.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Commercial awareness with the ability to drive programmes and manage project delivery.
• A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with a commitment to quality and client satisfaction.
