Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing construction company. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects from pre-start through to completion.
Duties:
- Manage multiple commercial construction projects from inception through to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors and procure materials.
- Carry out regular site visits and attend progress meetings.
- Monitor project programmes, budgets and documentation.
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance throughout.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
You'll have:
- Previous Project Management experience delivering commercial construction projects.
- A trade background, ideally Carpentry or Joinery.
- Strong commercial awareness.
- SMSTS qualification.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
