Construction Manager

Joshua Robert are working with a major London-based fit out contractor who need a Construction Manager for a 9 week office fit out in Manchester, starting this Wednesday.
The role:
- Running day to day delivery on a commercial office fit out
- Site based, Manchester
- 9 week programme
- £250-£280 per day, dependent on experience
- Black CSCS card
- Temp Works Coordinator (essential)
- SMSTS
- First Aid at Work
- Solid fit out delivery background, main contractor side
- Track record managing programme, subbies and site H&S
- Available to start Wednesday 22nd July, or very short notice
