Site Supervisor; Resin Flooring

Zenith Flooring is seeking experienced Site Supervisors to oversee the safe, efficient and professional delivery of resin flooring projects across the UK.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site labour, subcontractors, site safety, quality standards and client communication whilst ensuring projects are delivered on programme and in accordance with company procedures.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, organisation and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of workmanship and professionalism.

• Supervise daily site activities and workforce.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification.
• Manage Zenith operatives and subcontractors on site.
• Coordinate labour and resources to maximise productivity.
• Monitor project progress and report any delays or issues immediately.
• Ensure works are completed in accordance with programme requirements.

• Conduct daily site briefings and toolbox talks.
• Ensure RAMS are understood and followed by all personnel.
• Enforce site-specific safety rules and permit requirements.
• Ensure correct PPE is worn at all times.
