Site Manager

Location: Porthkerry

A leading Tier 1 Main Contractor is seeking an experienced Internals Fit Out Manager with a strong background in dry lining and experience working for a Tier 1 Main Contractor to join a flagship £140 million education project in South Wales.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a major new-build scheme, managing the internal fit-out package from installation through to completion, ensuring quality, programme and health & safety standards are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the dry lining and internal fit-out packages on site.

* Coordinate subcontractors to deliver works safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

* Monitor progress against programme and resolve site issues proactively.

* Carry out quality inspections and ensure compliance with specifications.

* Liaise with the Project Manager, design team and client representatives.

* Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed.

Requirements:

* Proven experience as an Internals or Fit Out Manager on large construction projects.

* Strong dry lining experience is essential.

* Previous experience working for a Tier 1 or major main contractor preferred.

* SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.

* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
