Site Manager

Astute's Power team is partnering with a global leader in the Utilities and Waste Management industries to recruit a Site Manager on a 10 month contract for its site in Birmingham.

The Site Manager role comes with a day rate of 350- 450 a day.

Must have experience working on a Tier 1 or 2 construction project.

• Manage all on-site construction activities and subcontractors.
• Ensure works are delivered in accordance with programme, budget, and quality requirements.
• Maintain high standards of health & safety across the site.
• Coordinate and manage temporary works requirements.
• Liaise with the client, consultants, and wider project team.
• Manage site documentation, progress reporting, and daily records.
• Ensure minimal disruption while working within a live operational environment.
