Site Manager

Location: Warrington (Nationwide Projects)
Salary: £45,000 - £52,000
Package: Company Van, Fuel Card, Travel Expenses, Digs, etc.

The Role

We are looking for a Site Manager, ideally with a joinery background, to manage commercial and industrial fit out and refurbishment projects across the UK.

Projects range in value from £100k to £3m, with typical programme durations of 5 weeks to 5 months.

Duties
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of construction and site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.
  • Coordinate and supervise site personnel, subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining a safe and productive working environment.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, clients and other stakeholders to ensure programmes and project milestones are achieved.
  • Monitor project costs, labour and material usage to help maximise project profitability.
  • Maintain accurate project records, including daily diaries, site reports and change order documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building regulations, permits and health & safety legislation.
  • Implement quality control procedures to ensure projects meet client expectations.
  • Promote and maintain company policies, procedures and professional standards across all site activities.
Requirements
  • Valid CSCS Card
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid at Work
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Site Manager
  • Experience delivering commercial and industrial fit out and refurbishment projects
  • Ability to manage projects across the Northwest and nationwide when required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook and Project
  • Ability to read and interpret programmes, technical drawings and specifications
  • Full UK Driving Licence
