The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, to the required quality standards, and within a challenging programme. This is a hands-on role requiring a proactive individual who can drive subcontractor performance, coordinate multiple trades, resolve issues quickly, and maintain excellent client relationships within an occupied environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate fire door, fire remediation and minor M&E works.
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, quality standards and project specifications.
  • Carry out daily site inspections, progress reporting and quality checks.
  • Liaise with the client, residents and project team to ensure smooth delivery.

Essential Requirements

  • Current Enhanced DBS certificate.
  • SMSTS, CSCS (Black Card) and First Aid at Work.
  • Proven experience managing fire door installation and passive fire protection projects.
  • Experience coordinating minor M&E works.
  • Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work proactively and drive performance on a fast-track programme.
