Assistant Quantity Surveyor

A well-established, nationwide construction consultancy specialising in Monitoring Surveying is looking to appoint an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to strengthen its Manchester office.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor Role

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll work closely with experienced senior professionals doing Monitoring Surveying work. You'll receive ongoing mentoring and training, allowing you to gain specialist monitoring surveying experience.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will benefit from joining a practice that places a strong emphasis on career progression, offering structured APC support, genuine responsibility from day one and the chance to build a long-term career at the company.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• Previous experience within a PQS or construction consultancy
• Working towards APC
• Good understanding of pre and post contract duties
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work multiple projects simultaneously
