P&A Contracts (UKI) Ltd in Ahoghill is seeking a Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to own pricing from drawings and BoQs for joinery, fit-out and construction packages. You will manage tender submissions and costings while keeping margins tight.
You will work with a modern CNC factory, established rate cards and live tenders from small kitchens to large £300k+ fit-out projects. The role requires sharp drawing interpretation and strong spreadsheet skills.
