Senior Quantity Surveyor

We're hiring:
Quantity Surveyor / Estimator — P&A Contracts (UKI) Ltd, Ahoghill

Our order book has never been busier — commercial fit-out, healthcare IPS, school furniture packages and bespoke joinery across NI, GB and Ireland,

We're at the stage where enquiries are coming in faster than we can price them properly — and pricing them properly is what's built this business. So we need a QS/Estimator to own it.

What you'll do: take-offs and pricing from drawings and BoQs, tender submissions, supplier and subcontract costs, margin control, and keeping our clients answered fast.

What you'll work with: a modern CNC factory, established rate cards and cost models, and a pipeline of live tenders from £3k kitchens to £300k+ fit-out packages.

What we're looking for: experience in pricing joinery, fit-out or construction packages. Sharp with drawings and a spreadsheet. Commercially minded — you understand that a quote is a promise the factory has to keep.
