The H&A Group is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee the delivery of new build residential developments from infrastructure and groundworks through to completion, primarily in the Mid-Ulster area. You will coordinate and manage on-site subcontractors to ensure safety, on programme delivery and quality.
Reporting to Directors, you will monitor costs, schedules and performance, lead project meetings, manage risk, and ensure planning conditions and approvals are met
