Barratt Developments plc in the UK is seeking a hands-on Quantity Surveyor within our Commercial team. You will manage site costs, budgets and valuations, ensuring value engineering and cost control across projects.
Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager, you will compile cost reports, tender sub-contracts and monitor subcontractor payments, while maintaining compliance with NHBC and building regulations. Strong IT skills with Excel and COINS experience are desirable.
