Freelance Site Manager CAT B Commercial Fit Out Central Brighton £280 per Day.
This is an excellent opportunity to manage a £2.1m commercial fit-out from start to finish, working on a well-organised project with parking available on site.
The Role
- Managing the day-to-day running of a CAT B commercial fit-out project
- Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining programme deadlines
- Ensuring health & safety compliance on site
- Liaising with the project team and maintaining accurate site records
- Using IT systems for reporting, documentation and communication
Project Details
- Location: Central Brighton
- Project Value: £2.1m
- Duration: 16 weeks
- Start Date: 24th September
- Finish Date: 15th January
- Rate: £280 per day
- Parking: Available on site
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering CAT B commercial fit-out projects
- Strong IT skills
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificates
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
