CPCS​/NPORS Dumper​/Roller

Teamforce Labour are currently seeking an experienced CPCS/NPORS Dumper & Roller Operator for an immediate start on a busy civils project in Leeds.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Operating dumpers and rollers safely and efficiently on a busy construction/civils site
• Carrying out earthworks, material movements and compaction duties
• Loading, transporting and tipping materials around site as required
• Operating rollers to achieve required compaction standards
• Completing daily machine checks and reporting any defects or maintenance issues
• Working closely with ground workers and site management to support daily operations
• Following site plans, instructions and health & safety procedures
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

Requirements:

• Valid CPCS or NPORS Dumper & Roller tickets
• Previous experience operating plant machinery on civils projects
• Good understanding of site safety requirements
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow site instructions
• Full PPE required
