Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a well-established asbestos consultancy in their search for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst to join their team covering London and the surrounding areas.
This is an excellent opportunity for a dual-qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst looking to join a respected consultancy offering a balanced mix of surveying and analytical duties across commercial and mixed-use environments. With structured workloads, realistic scheduling, and strong operational support, this role offers long-term stability within a well-organised and supportive business.
THE ROLEAs an Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, you will carry out both surveying and analytical duties across a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties throughout London and the surrounding areas.
Working independently and as part of an experienced team, you will deliver high-quality asbestos services while ensuring full compliance with current legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESDelivering Management, Refurbishment & Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys in accordance with HSG

Undertaking air monitoring, four-stage clearances, leak testing, smoke testing, and reassurance sampling in line with HSG

Working across commercial, industrial, and mixed-use properties
Producing accurate and compliant asbestos survey and analytical reports
Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Managing your own workload effectively across multiple client sites
Ensuring all work complies with current legislation, HSE guidance, and UKAS procedures
BOHS P402, P403 and P404 qualifications (or equivalent)
Experience working in a dual Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst role
Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and compliance requirements
Ability to manage your workload independently
Full UK driving licence
Excellent communication, organisational, and report-writing skills
Professional, reliable, and quality-focused approach to work
