Finishing Foreman

The CSR Group are currently recruiting for a Finishing Foreman on behalf of one of our clients for a large commercial redevelopment project in North Dublin.

The Finishing Foreman will be reporting to the Site Manager, you will Coordinate a number of trades at one time to close out multiple aspect of the project to a high standard of finish.

€65-75k

Duties:

Close out and deliver completed rooms on time and to perfection

Manage and motivate site teams

Ensuring that end product meets customers expectation in relation to build and finish

Take control of snag list

Organise and coordinate labour

Produce reports on job progress

Ensure Completion Dates are met

All Health & Safety and other regulatory matters

Ensure all employees and site visitors comply with all Health and Safety obligations

Requirements:

Trade background preferable

Previous experience in large commercial projects

Ability to work on own initiative

Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry is essential

Strong team building skills

An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets

A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects

Accuracy, attention to detail and a methodical nature are key

The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated
