Competitive, DOE We are currently recruiting for an experienced Civils Supervisor to work on energy and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in energy civils, ducting, drainage and groundworks, with experience supervising site teams and ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities Supervise day-to-day civil engineering activities on site. Oversee ducting, drainage, groundworks and associated energy civils. Coordinate site operatives, subcontractors and plant. Ensure works are completed safely and in line with programme and specification. Carry out site inspections and monitor quality. Conduct toolbox talks and ensure compliance with health and safety procedures. Liaise with Site Managers, Project Managers and engineers.

Maintain accurate site records and progress reports. Essential Requirements Current SC Clearance - Essential Proven experience as a Civils Supervisor. Strong background in energy civils, ducting, drainage and groundworks. Experience supervising teams and subcontractors. Strong understanding of health and safety procedures. Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications. Full UK Driving Licence.
